Our approach
Heating and cooling sized room by room
We measure each room, check insulation and windows, and look at the heater you have now. Then we size a system that keeps the house comfortable on a July morning without paying for capacity you'll never use.

What's included
Designed, installed and handed over properly.
- 01
Split, multi-split or ducted
A single wall unit for the living area, several heads on one outdoor unit, or whole-home ducted. We recommend what the house needs.
- 02
Gas heater decommissioned
Your old ducted, central or room gas heater is safely disconnected and removed, as the program requires.
- 03
Load calculated per room
Room size, ceiling height, insulation and glazing all go into the sizing, so the system isn't too small for winter or too big for the bill.
- 04
Discount applied for you
The VEU discount appears as a lower price on your quote. There's no claim form for you to chase afterwards.
- 05
Pairs with your solar
Run heating and cooling from your own panels during the day. If you're planning solar too, we design both together.
- 06
Electrical capacity checked
We check the switchboard and circuits before quoting, so there are no surprises on installation day.
Incentives
The air conditioning discount
- Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) discount for replacing gas heating or hard-wired electric heaters with an efficient reverse-cycle system
- Open to owner-occupiers, landlords, renters (with the owner's consent) and businesses, with no income test
- The discount depends on the system installed, the heater it replaces and the certificate market, so your written quote shows the exact amount
- From 30 September 2026, ducted and larger multi-split systems carry a minimum customer contribution of $3,000
